Phil Buckland is an environmental archaeologist and director of the Strategic Environmental Archaeology Database (SEAD). As a co-PI in dataARC, his job is to coordinate the linking of palaeoenvironmental data, mainly through SEAD, into the dataARC portal. His research interests concern the study of past environments, climates and biodiversity through the remains of insects from natural and archaeological sites.
